The making of EPGean

Paige Lloyd is a self-taught artist specializing in loose watercolor and abstract acrylic paintings. Based in Denver, Colorado. Paige's watercolor pieces are recognizable for their fluidity and delicate touch, often depicting serene landscapes and blooming florals. Her abstract acrylics, on the other hand, are bold and expressive, showcasing her versatility and creativity. Paige was born and raised in Ohio and much of her work is inspired by the natural surroundings from her childhood (e.g., the creek behind her childhood home, family cabin in Hocking Hills). Paige’s pseudonym EPGean is a nod to her maternal grandmother —Emily Geankoplis — who was also a painter. Paige's work invites viewers to see the world through her eyes, where nature and abstraction coexist harmoniously.
